'見證鹽旱'[Ang Saksi sa Binuwad na Asin]透過一群在菲律賓宿霧市的邊緣的填海區非正式定居的居民作出種種反思。從海洋轉化成土地的行為已經永遠改變這些人的生活，從都市擴張到鄉郊反映了那改變的浪潮再一次湧現。土地到底是主或者客？這紀錄片是由一班第一次接觸電影製作的年輕人製作，一個有關他們與家人、鄰居的故事、有關他們的家的影片。

To Witness Salt Dry [Ang Saksi sa Binuwad na Asin] meditates on a community of informal settlers living on reclaimed land on the edge of Cebu City. The transformation from ocean to land has forever altered the lives of these people; the wave of change beckons again as the urban expands into the rural. A sense of being either host or guest to the land is in constant flux. This is a documentary made by young people approaching film making for the first time, an act of sharing what is their home and the intimate stories of family members and neighbours.
