鄭勝 (b.1959) 生於香港。在長洲長大，自小隨父母捕漁，年紀大才小學畢業，1979年開始出市區工作。先後做過工人，木匠學徒。至八十年代初才對藝術發生興趣，開始學繪畫及雕塑。其用來創作的木雕材料全是由路邊與樹林搭取。鄭氏曾在長洲藝廊及華威酒店舉辦個展。作品為人收藏。

Cheng Shing (b.1959) was born in Hong Kong. He grew up in Cheung Chau. He was a fisherman and he graduated from primary school when he's old. He was working in town since 1979, he worked as a builder and also woodwork apprentice. He started to be interested in arts since 1980s, he studied drawing and sculpture. The materials he used for his work were all picked up from the streets and the woods. He has been exhibited in Cheung Chau Arts Gallery and also Warwick Hotel. His works were being collected by others.
