A multifaceted delicious fruit, POMEGRANATE Sounds is a communal vision spearheaded by The Groove Thief [TGT] & Tree-Angles [►►△] connecting musical influences as eclectic as the infamous Hong Kong club night it takes its name from, it’s always an unexpected happening. After their oma residency consistently featuring guests from all across Hong Kong’s musical spectrum and public space extravaganza with their free open-air mini-festivals Tsunami or “音樂節 - La Fête de la Musique”, here we are in the Year of the Rooster: record label, radio show, plus much more on the horizon. From Hong Kong to Colorado, Tree-Angles and The Groove Thief continue their creative explorations of audio and visuals. A style rather than a format, POMEGRANATE Sounds isn’t so much about all these complicated specifics: it’s simply a celebration."
